don't ignore those needed help

Many students unable to express their feelings although satisfied or not. They just follow whatever given to them. Sometimes you can see them protest what we see as' discipline problem' Do they really having discipline problem or are we not doing a good job to protect them or understand their problems. Usually the discipline teachers blame for not doing the punishment. Why the students argue with the teacher? Do the students really mean to argue or they just want explain their situation. Are you a good listener? Have you ask with politeness what actually the students facing? Do you alert enough what the students need? Who is the learner? think about it when you try to discipline anyone around you. You will be questioned later for what you did to the others around you. Think about it and try to change 360 degrees if you think that the best thing to do.

how to upgrade students potential?

I decided to think smart of how to make students learn to see their talents. I ask them to show their skills in which many teachers unable to see or don't care much about it. I decided to go down to the students level to make me see the whole process. To my surprise I can see more than enough that these students really talented and lose much of their time without showing it. 

Now I have a chance to help them .How? two practicum teachers  really help me a lot. First, I ask them to train the students to make different performance from traditional one. The talented magic show, then boria new verse with rap song, then shuffle dance followed by break dance and the last one zapin traditional dance and all in one show.I want to tell the students that they can do anything that still acceptable and not really against the school rules.I hope my good intention will open up their minds to see there are many potential they can show and achieve out there. The first step is just for the opening and hope to see more of good things later.

Why people unable to see his/her mistake?

I believe my children capable to go further in life. I believe Allah gives them a chance to change for better. I don't believe human opportunity stopped just because they lack of something or vice verse. My believe in    something make me feel everybody got potential in life. I asks my daughter to apply to private university and she's accepted. Although many people around her felt she's not capable, I believe she is. I told them to give her a chance for her to conquered her lost spirit to fight and build her own life later. I pray to Allah may her mission and vision will be blessed.


IS THIS A KIND OF MISTAKE? AM I AT THE RIGHT TRACK? ALTHOUGH NO ONE BELIEVE I BELIEVE ALLAH KNOWS EVERYTHING AND I HOPE MY KIDS FUTURE MUCH BRIGHTER AND LIT  THE OTHERS AS WELL.




Haven't you experience the kids said their parents nagged them again and again. I did. I thanked them for doing so. I will never feel this good if my parents didn't care what and will happened to me later.IS IT NAG?
I missed few fun things, but I  got more to enjoy later. WHICH ONE DO YOU WANT? FUN DURING CHILDHOOD OR LOSE MANY THINGS LATER?

Why so difficult to change?

1. Afraid to face new things.
2. Unable to face reality.
3.  difficult to leave comfort zone

Before its too late or you might regret it.
Change 360 degrees not step by step people usually do because changing drastically can affect good result
and make you move toward positive achievement.

how are you today? I am fine,thank you. Although you are not feeling well your answer heal the people around you.Why because they have no time for any sad story that might bother them to listen to.


How is your business? yeah getting bigger and expanding. Although it is  not, play safe because you're on your own to settle any obstacles coming. Try it if you really want to see people reaction if   you're telling them about your problem.

How is your study? great, my grade becoming better. Do you think people will sympathy if  you're not getting any better? Sure no. You might get the blame out from it.

How is your relationship with your girlfriend? wow marvelous! Although it is not. Feel happy to say it.

This is the world around us. Be prepared and take good care of yourself. Do not follow those attitudes because you have your own choice. Be a good listener you might save many needy people around us.

Gambus in Bongawan

I was in Bongawan since 1987. After stayed nearly 10 years came a guy from KK and started to form Gambus group in 1997. He was famous with his created songs that mostly hidden meanings with mostly praised the Islam and Allah the almighty. After few years more mushroom gambus arise. But although the sound seem the same,the purpose was to entertain only, but less message.The former Gambus group is not around anymore. He passed away and his song also not even one can create such melody because of his unique dedication few people can understand him. I thank you to our beloved brother of Islam,belated Ajamain. May Allah bless him always.I hope the gambus group we'll decided to form in  SMKBongawan2 will be getting nearer to your mission .
