prepare to face reality

I am out of words. Not even ideas. I know why. There are many obstacles around us where people you're expecting good might be bad one day. Now you decided to change your perception from good view to not. It is not surprising at all. People tend to change within 24 hours. Anyway whatever it is don't ever expecting good  things and prepare for the worst too, so you are calm enough to face anything  beyond  your thinking.
