How to make people accept each other?

My opinion is very simple
1. no racist
2. don't differentiate poor and rich
3. everyone has potential
4. borderless learning
5.borderless thinking
6.accept criticism
7.appreciate others
8. opportunity open to everyone
9.no jealousy, no hatred
10. help others


What do you think?
I know there's no ideal ways, but it is possible to eliminate negative path. Is it? Think about it.
