How to build a good citizen?

During school time
don't ignore those failures
and don't  praises those with flying colors only
without realizing it we destroyed their future to prove
their potential 
achievement in life
open up
people can change
from bad to good
or vice versa
be more careful

During career time
some lazy
some really hard working
although praises those hard working a must
but we need to motivate those unpleasant workers to upgrade
so there's balance
No one left behind
We are surrounded with different people
Some normal ,some abnormal
be just
that's the way life is
pray for the best
we 're not permanently staying here
so why worry
enjoy your life and take part
as caliph you're responsible
to build better citizen
to live  in peace and harmony
